Technical condition requirements for removed Common Rail injectors

1.  The injector can not be heavily corroded or burned 2. The housing and tightening spaces must not be damaged. 3. With out clear signs of dismantling elements. 4. Electrical connections or plugs must not be broken or damaged. 5. Threads and fuel can not be deformed. 6. The injector tip may be damaged. 7. The returned, removed part (core) must be the equivalent of purchased good scovered by the TR sales form and it is advisable to deliver it in the package in after the purchased CR. In the absence of the original packaging, the returned part must be clearly described with the index of the purchased goods.                         8. According to environmental protection regulations, cores should be protected and packed in such a way that they do not pollute the environment, remove the remaining fuel and secure all fuel holes/openings. 9. Only part not decomposed in to components and meeting certain technical requirements may be accepted.
